We add automatic window ventilation to the popular Loxone solution. The brain of the system remains the Miniserver, which collects the data and runs everything according to the scenarios you set. Loxone also provides the comfort sensor and the Tree bus (they measure temperature, relative humidity and CO2 concentration, open or close a window, start the irrigation or send an alert to your phone). We supply the right drives to operate the windows.

The central brain will be a control unit. You can have a simple basic set-up, a fully programmable solution or anything in between.
Sensors for CO2, wind and rain detectors, thermostats and ventilation buttons are the eyes and ears of the whole system.
Opening, closing and locking every type of window is handled by electric drives and locks.
So that no question is left unanswered
The system is controlled by the Miniserver (Loxone), which responds to temperature, humidity, CO₂, rain and wind. You can control the ventilation manually or set up automatic scenarios – e.g. opening the windows when the temperature exceeds a limit, or closing them before rain. All conveniently, both remotely and automatically.
No. We can carry out the installation during normal operation – we arrive, connect the cables and fit the drives and sensors. We tidy up after ourselves and test everything so that you can carry on working straight away.
Yes. We adapt the solution to new and historic structures alike. We design suitable drives, sensors and fixings so that the ventilation works even in non-standard or older greenhouses without compromising the structure.
If you have the technical skills, we will gladly provide you with an installation diagram and a technical manual. Otherwise we will take care of the installation – we install everything, test it, walk you through it and leave the place clean and fully working.
The price depends on the size of the greenhouse, the number of windows and sensors, the Loxone interfaces and so on. It includes the design, the selection of components, installation, commissioning and training. We will prepare a specific quote in which everything is itemised transparently.
The components are chosen to be as durable as possible and maintenance-free. We do, however, recommend regular inspections (e.g. once a year), which we can take care of – that way the system serves flawlessly for decades.
A typical project runs as follows:
- 1–7 days: gathering the documents or a site visit
- 2–5 days: preparing the quote and the technical design
- 14-21 days for delivery of the components
- 1–2 days: installation and commissioning
All in all, that usually means 4–6 weeks – depending on the scope, the availability of materials and the schedule.
