A daily ventilation system brings fresh air to your home and your office
Because of moisture and allergens, the air inside a building is often worse than the air outside. A daily ventilation system keeps fresh air moving constantly, carrying heat and moisture away. And the windows close automatically if, say, it starts to rain.

Daily ventilation keeps an eye on CO2, temperature and humidity levels and so prevents mould from forming. The flow of fresh air carries heat out of the building, so it will never be hotter inside than outside.
The system is fully automated and can be operated remotely as well. With electric operation you can easily open large or hard-to-reach windows – using wireless switches, for example.

When a room gets hot, the control unit opens the windows and airs it out. If the wind gets strong or it starts to rain, the windows close. It can also be set by time – the windows open in the morning to air the room and close again in the evening.
Daily ventilation is easy to connect to a BMS (Building Management System), which also automates the lighting or the building security, for example.

Daily ventilation is used in schools, office buildings and production plants, but it works just as well in a flat or a family house. We can connect the control unit and the electric drives to any windows – uPVC, timber or aluminium.
That gives you automatic, smart ventilation at home. You can easily open even roof windows that are hard to reach, or rooflights, and air out the loft as well.
3 types of daily ventilation
Single-sided ventilation
Air flows as soon as the windows on one side of the room open. This kind of ventilation only works in small rooms. The amount of air exchanged is limited.
Cross ventilation
At least two windows on two sides of the building are used. The difference in wind pressure along the façade drives a fast flow of fresh air even in large rooms.
Hybrid ventilation
Ventilation uses windows with electric drives together with extract fans. That airs out even rooms where cross ventilation cannot be installed, quickly and efficiently.
