Our powerful drives combine durability and performance. Our DXD 300-BSY+ has a service life of 20000 double strokes and a push force of 3000 N. Up to four rack and pinion drives can be operated synchronously.

Features

  • With an integrated BSY+ motor and microprocessor-controlled synchronised electronics.
  • High-speed function (HS) for exceptionally fast window opening in the event of fire (SHEV).
  • Up to 4 drives possible in one synchronous group
  • Groove in the drive tube for flexible mounting and configuration of the rotation range
  • Cables can be routed from above or below
  • Programmable drive functions and various drive parameters
  • Travel speed in the CLOSE direction reduces to 5 mm/s (passive closing edge protection)
  • Timed reversing when an obstacle is detected in the CLOSE direction (active closing edge protection).

  • Can be used for practically all types of window openings

Optional extras

  • HS “High Speed”
    In smoke ventilation mode, the high-speed function is used to reach the defined end position reliably within 60 s. In daily ventilation mode the drive runs quietly and quickly, as usual.
  • Function programming
    The option of configuring drive parameters (e.g. the stroke) individually using software and the related service tools, for drives fitted with PLP, BSY or BSY+ electronics.
  • BSY+ (drive synchronisation)
    BSY+ enables communication and synchronisation between different components in a window. For example, between chain drives in synchronous operation or between window drives and locking drives (e.g. FRA 11 BSY+ or VLD-BSY+).
  • BRV signal
    Confirmation from the drive, via the control cable, that the drive has fully extended or retracted. When used with the AT 41 and ERM 44 modules, this signal is sent to the central building management system, to the modules themselves or to the locking drive. The BRV signal is not potential-free.
  • SGI signal (position reporting)
    In combination with the D+H servo plug-in unit SE 622 or the BSY gateway BSY-GW-024-010-U, drives can be controlled with precise positioning.
  • SKS (closing edge protection)
    An optional function that allows an “anti-trap” safety edge or a presence detector to be connected directly to the drive (terminating resistor 5.6 kΩ).
  • Acoustic signal (corresponding to the protection class)
    AS2 corresponds to “protection class 2” of the ZVEI risk assessment by means of an acoustic warning signal in the “CLOSED” running direction. AS3 corresponds to “protection class 3” of the ZVEI risk assessment: in addition to AS2, it stops the drive for 11 s with a remaining stroke of 28 mm.
  • End position signal (OPEN / CLOSED)
    Feedback from the drive via an integrated potential-free switching contact. It is given when the chain drive or linear drive has fully extended or retracted.
  • WS (swimming pool use)
    Available as an optional extra for linear drives to make them suitable for use in swimming pools. The drive is fitted with an A4 stainless steel rack and pinion, an A4 eye and a gearbox with a hardened stainless steel pinion.
  • W (outdoor use)
    Available as an optional extra for linear drives to make them suitable for outdoor use. The drive is fitted with a vent valve (depending on the installation), a protective coating against condensation on the electronics and a gearbox with a hardened stainless steel pinion.
