FK ROLL MINI
They have EW fire resistance, which reduces the intensity of radiant heat and limits the spread of fire for 15 to 30 minutes. They meet fire protection criteria for residential and commercial buildings, where they reliably replace fire windows. Thanks to a unique system with a thermal fuse, they need neither an electric motor nor a control unit.
FK ROLL MINI curtains are smaller and cheaper than other shutters on the market. Thanks to their colour finish, they blend into their surroundings, and until there is a fire, they are almost invisible. We manufacture them only from proven components from Czechia and Germany.
6 reasons to choose FK ROLL MINI
-
A cheaper, reliable replacement for fire windows and doors
FK ROLL MINI fire curtains are cheaper, smaller and lighter, and easier to install. They work reliably everywhere it is financially or structurally impossible to install fire windows or doors.
-
They need neither a motor nor a power supply
FK ROLL MINI curtains work on the principle of a thermal fuse, which melts and triggers the curtain to lower. No electric motor or control unit is needed, which makes installation easier and cheaper than with other fire shutters.
-
We develop, manufacture and install fire curtains ourselves
We constantly improve our curtains to provide maximum protection. Installation is carried out throughout the Czech Republic and Slovakia by our team of experienced technicians.
-
We will tailor fire curtains to your needs
We give them a surface finish in the shade of your choice. This way we match them to the colour of your windows or façade so that they do not look disruptive.
-
Long-term fire curtain servicing
Besides installing a solution tailored to your needs, we also take care of annual service inspections. During these, we check and test the function and reliability of the curtains.
-
MINI curtains meet Czech standards and hold all the necessary certificates
FK ROLL MINI fire shutters have met the strict criteria of STN EN 1634-1 + A1: 2018 and STN EN 16034: 2015. This means they can be used throughout the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
2 ways to anchor FK ROLL MINI
-
Installation into a structural opening
- We fit the curtain directly into the opening, for example into a window or single-leaf door between two sections of a hall.
- The shutter is hidden behind the window frame or under the plaster. This reduces the clear dimensions of the opening by about 10 cm. The curtain and its headbox are smaller than with other shutters, and viewed from the insideit is almost invisible and does not obstruct the view from the window.
-
Anchoring in front of the structural opening
- Using a steel structure, we fix the curtain in front of the window opening. This does not reduce the clear dimensions of the structural opening.
- The structure is visible from the outside. However, thanks to colour-matching with the frame or façade, it looks unobtrusive.
