Installation into a structural opening

  • We fit the curtain directly into the opening, for example into a window or single-leaf door between two sections of a hall.
  • The shutter is hidden behind the window frame or under the plaster. This reduces the clear dimensions of the opening by about 10 cm. The curtain and its headbox are smaller than with other shutters, and viewed from the insideit is almost invisible and does not obstruct the view from the window.

  • Using a steel structure, we fix the curtain in front of the window opening. This does not reduce the clear dimensions of the structural opening.
  • The structure is visible from the outside. However, thanks to colour-matching with the frame or façade, it looks unobtrusive.
