They have DH fire resistance, which limits the spread of smoke for up to 30 minutes. Their advantage is that when there is no fire, the fabric is wound up in the headbox, so they do not look disruptive in the interior. This means they can be used not only in industrial and commercial buildings, but also, for example, in department stores or supermarkets, where appearance also matters.

They are most often anchored directly to roof beams, but they can also be anchored directly to the ceiling or to an auxiliary steel structure. This makes them usable almost anywhere.

Features

  • Until there is a fire, the FK ROLL SMOKE smoke curtain is wound up in the headbox, similar to fire curtains. However, there are no side guides.
  • The FK ROLL SMOKE smoke barrier includes a backup power source in case of a power failure.
  • When smoke detectors detect a fire or the operator presses the safety button, the smoke barrier's central unit releases the electromagnetic brake and the curtain lowers.
  • We will supply the headbox in any colour to the RAL palette.
