Freely configurable and practically silent: the LD series opens and closes even the heaviest louvre windows quietly and reliably under loads of up to 1800 N. Besides this standard version, the LDx-1-PLP is also available in a "fail-safe version".

Features

  • Maximum push force and pull force of 1400 N or 1800 N
  • Nominal locking force of 5000 N for very large louvre windows.
  • Centrally supported actuator position
  • Developed based on DIN EN 12101-2
  • Can be used for smoke exhaust openings and for daily ventilation
  • With microprocessor-controlled motor electronics
  • With a sound pressure level of LpA ≤ 45 dB(A), the drive is among the quietest in its class
  • Drive components protected against corrosion
  • Programmable drive functions and various drive parameters
  • Additional passive and active protection system against entrapment at the main closing edges, with reversing function
  • A fail-safe version of the LDx drive is available, guaranteeing opening and closing in the event of a power failure; the function is provided by an energy storage unit (LDx-1-PLP-FS). Optional extras

  • Function programming
    The option of configuring drive parameters (e.g. the stroke) individually using software and the related service tools, for drives fitted with PLP, BSY or BSY+ electronics.
  • SKS (closing edge protection)
    An optional function that allows an “anti-trap” safety edge or a presence detector to be connected directly to the drive (terminating resistor 5.6 kΩ).
  • End position signal (OPEN / CLOSED)
    Feedback from the drive via an integrated potential-free switching contact. It is given when the chain drive or linear drive has fully extended or retracted.
