Our rack and pinion drive for roof and façade windows, and for rooflights. The ZA-0300-1-PLP is ideal for SHEV to EN 12101-2 and daily ventilation, with low current consumption of just 0.5 A.

Can be used for smoke exhaust openings, D+H Euro SHEV to EN 12101-2, and for daily ventilation.
With microprocessor-controlled motor electronics

The drive unit can be swapped from left to right
Programmable drive functions and various drive parameters
Travel speed in the CLOSE direction drops to 5 mm/s (passive closing edge protection)
Timed reversing when an obstacle is detected in the CLOSE direction (active closing edge protection).
Available in any RAL shade
Can be used for practically all types of window openings
The drive is suitable for surface mounting on the window sash or frame
Thanks to universal brackets, the drive is compatible with almost all available types of system profiles incl. Aluprof, Colt, Heroal, Jet-Brakel, Raico, Reynaers, Sapa, Schüco, Wicona

Optional extras

HS “High Speed”
In smoke ventilation mode, the high-speed function is used to reach the defined end position reliably within 60 s. In daily ventilation mode the drive runs quietly and quickly, as usual.
Function programming
The option of configuring drive parameters (e.g. the stroke) individually using software and the related service tools, for drives fitted with PLP, BSY or BSY+ electronics.
BRV signal
Confirmation from the drive, via the control cable, that the drive has fully extended or retracted. When used with the AT 41 and ERM 44 modules, this signal is sent to the central building management system, to the modules themselves or to the locking drive. The BRV signal is not potential-free.
SGI signal (position reporting)
In combination with the D+H servo plug-in unit SE 622 or the BSY gateway BSY-GW-024-010-U, drives can be controlled with precise positioning.
WS (swimming pool use)
Available as an optional extra for linear drives to make them suitable for use in swimming pools. The drive is fitted with an A4 stainless steel rack and pinion, an A4 eye and a gearbox with a hardened stainless steel pinion.
W (outdoor use)
Available as an optional extra for linear drives to make them suitable for outdoor use. The drive is fitted with a vent valve (depending on the installation), a protective coating against condensation on the electronics and a gearbox with a hardened stainless steel pinion.
